An attractive Cabernet from vineyard to bottle. Belle brings pure Cabernet Sauvignon varietal expression to the fore! Deep burgundy, offering spiced black fruit and blueberry on the palate. Handpicked, open fermented, basket pressed and benefiting from time on French oak, this little Cab is harvested late to avoid excess green characters. She’s warm, soft and pretty as punch - more a sweet red capsicum than a bitter green one!
