Pretty little Rieslings are a particular favourite of our Eden Valley. Sitting high within the Barossa grounds, spotted with giant eucalypts, the region offers cool nights and quartz underfoot. This distinct terroir produces steely citrus gems destined for a fine dry Riesling. In her youth, Eden is full of orange blossom, lime and jasmine. Given time, she’ll develop into a toasty oaky winter favourite.
We’re pretty darn certain marinated goat cheese was created simply to be paired with Eden Valley Riesling... quite the match made in heaven!
