Bright and vibrant, our lovely little Florence smacks of rose water, honey and aniseed. Eloquently evolving into a complex little number while resting in a smidge of French Oak post handpicking and basket pressing. White pepper and white peach to the fore, her backbone of Jess Shiraz adds a bright, crisp aniseed finish.
Florence Rosé is best enjoyed with a Moroccan couscous or home churned hummus with flat bread in the sunshine!
