After years of drought, untimely winds & frost… vintage 21 finally delivered a gloriously abundant season. The vines were strong & the fruit vibrant – it was time for a Luka Trio! Best paired with Tasmanian salmon and a bright fresh salsa or perhaps a white chocolate & raspberry panna cotta!
